Who we are
We, Del Ham Real Estate, operate under the Real Estate Ownership, Sorting and Management System issued by Royal Decree No. (M\85) 3\7\1441 AH, with a young Saudi management and a distinguished and specialized work team in this field consisting of several departments, the most important of which are the Legal Department, the Financial Department, the Maintenance and Operation Department, Supervision and Field Follow-up. We have existing projects and businesses with real estate developers, towers and residential buildings. We provide the best services in a distinctive and professional manner. We apply quality standards and have a message to introduce owners’ associations and spread their culture in order to serve the country in this field.

In addition, we seek to activate the social aspect within owners’ associations by organizing forums and events that contribute to strengthening the ties between owners and occupants, which enhances the sense of belonging and encourages effective cooperation.
